This is my entry, for Monochrome Madness Challenge. Bell’s is the theme, I really did have to search to find an image that had bell’s in it. In the end I did find these two and for some time I had to consider which one I should sent to Leanne. it was one of these. The city of Pompeii was an ancient Roman town-city near modern Naples in the Italian region of Campania, in the territory of the commune of Pompei. Pompeii, along with Herculaneum and many villas in the surrounding area, was mostly destroyed and buried under 4 to 6 m (13 to 20 ft) of ash and pumice in the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD.
These two photos are from Herculaneum, it sem unreal that they have been able to dig these places up.
